So many of the messages we receive today are not truth. Discernment is difficult because we are a naive people. We tend to believe what we hear and it is easier for us to do so. It feels good and avoids conflict. People want to accept "good" despite obvious evidence that proves otherwise.

During the holiday shopping season, many consumers probably noticed a "new" niche business in their shopping malls. This new "business" is filling up retail locations despite many legitimate businesses struggling to stay afloat.

What is more bizarre about the function of this store is that it sells nothing. In fact, it only buys. What a fantastic world we live in? A business can not only afford to pay employees, marketing and retail space, but they don't even need to sell products to "thrive."

What is this business really? We're not talking about existing jewelers or pawnshops taking advantage of the poor economy and fleeing to the safety of gold. These "stores" are an attempt to dump dollars at a rapid pace and they are furiously doing so. This tells me some value the price of gold far above $1700 an ounce.

Oddly enough, I stil doubt what I am looking at although it is clear as day. We are at the doorstep of the collapse of the dollar and if we are honest with the situation, can't disagree.
